Senior Electrical Service Technician

Las Vegas, NV

Pay: Clear path to $100K+ per year plus Monthly Bonuses!

Hours: 

  • Full-Time

  • Typically Monday to Friday 8 - 12 hour shifts depending on specific service related electrical work. 

  • Weekend Availability preferred

  • Over Time possible 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Electrical Service

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Must be in the Las Vegas, NV area

  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

  • Strong communication skills to recommend service solutions based on customer needs

  • Willingness to invest in tools and training for electrical service

  • Ability to work with various voltage levels and heights

  • Understanding of and ability to communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance

  • Leadership potential and experience in mentoring junior technicians & apprentices

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Journeyman license 

  • Technical school certificate

  • OSHA certification

Physical Demands and Work Environment: 

This position requires walking, stooping, climbing, and lifting heavy objects (must be able to carry 50+ lbs). The work environment may include exposure to weather conditions and confined spaces.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Operate company vehicle and equipment

  • Communicate with customers and collect payments

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems

  • Present repair and replacement options to customers

  • Champion flat rate pricing

  • Maintain proper inventory

  • Timely arrival at job sites and communication with dispatch

  • Following instructions from supervisors and dispatchers
